What began as a district identity grew into a long-term creative partnership, shaping how Neuhoff is seen, navigated, and remembered — from first masterplan to open streets.

The Identity Foundation

Neuhoff’s identity grew from the architecture of the site — the tension between its raw industrial character and the softer, human qualities introduced through its redevelopment. The system draws on the weight of concrete, the repetition of structural forms, and the contrast between rigid geometry and the rounded profiles of the original buildings.

Identity In Place

As Neuhoff moved from concept to construction, the identity became part of the district itself. Graphic elements were translated into painted walls, building numbers, wayfinding, directories, sculpture, and large-scale architectural gestures, giving the system a physical presence across the site.

Rather than treating signage as a separate layer, each application was designed to respond to its surroundings. The scale, material, color, and placement of the work draw from the district’s industrial architecture while helping visitors navigate a complex mix of buildings, streets, and uses. Together, these elements turn the identity into something encountered through movement, distance, and daily experience.

A Digital District

Neuhoff’s digital presence was designed to serve distinct audiences without losing the character of the wider identity.

The District Site

The main district site acts as a living guide to the place, bringing together its restaurants, retailers, residences, events, and riverfront setting in an experience intended for visitors as much as prospective tenants.

Future Office

A second, purpose-built site reframes Neuhoff for the office-leasing audience. Created primarily for brokers and prospective tenants, Future Office gives greater emphasis to the workplace offering, available space, architecture, amenities, and the broader value of locating within a mixed-use district.

Although each site has a different job, both extend the same visual language through typography, movement, photography, and an editorial approach to information. Together, they allow Neuhoff to shift between destination and opportunity, presenting the district as both a place to experience now and a setting for what comes next.
